WTBU ON-LINE TOUR

Room 305b is Studio B, a mic booth connected to Studio A.
Unlike in our old studios, the two studios face each other
through a large soundproofed window. Our news- and
sports-casters often give their reports from Studio B, as do
most of our hour-long weekday news programs and
interview shows.

Studio B has two AudioTechnica 805 microphones and often has
a few spare Electrovoice mics for multiple guests for
interviews. Both Studio B and Studio A have a odd-looking
design of wood recesses in the back wall. These are for
acoustical dampening, giving our studios a real
"dead silence" feel to them.
